The Sony Discman D-151 is a classic portable CD player released in the mid-90s (around 1996). It was built with great attention to durability and the audio quality typical of the Discman series of that period. Later, the series name became ‘Walkman’. This CD player features a 1-bit D/A converter, Digital Mega Bass with two selectable listening modes, and a high-volume protection system—a limiter known as AVLS. It can be powered using its external 220V power adapter or by two AA batteries.
